I'm Lindsey Haas and I'm married, have a daughter and live in Cherokee County. I grew up in Indiana, however my family moved here in 1995. I know the Atlanta area well! We are very social people and always on the go having fun, spending time with others or working our tails off.
I love what I do so I never feel like I'm working. I wake up each morning excited to go to work. Helping people find a home or sell a home is the most rewarding task I have ever done in my life. It's such a personal task to sell someone a home and we treat them as if they were family or as if we were buying the home ourselves. Our team tells you the truth! What you need to know, not what we think you want to hear. We make sure that you are making the right decision for future resale purposes as well.
On a personal note, I speak from the heart and from a resale perspective, not telling you what you want to hear but telling you what you need to hear to make a wise and educated choice. I have grown from just myself to a team in just 5 years. Even in a down economy and one of the worst real estate markets in history I have managed to do exceptionally well. Where & How I Work
The Haas Team currently focuses mostly on the Cobb, Cherokee, Bartow & Paulding Counties and also conducts sales in Bartow, Fulton & Forstyh Counties as well. We concentrate on the northern parts of Atlanta. We work in all price ranges and do business in all areas of real estate (investment properties, flips, foreclosures, short sales, commercial, resale, land and new construction)Work equally with buyers and sellers so we understand what buyers want and what sellers have to do to attract them. Focus a lot of attention on the details of staging, preparing and making the home appeal to ALL buyers. We really guide our clients every step of the way. We also specialize in first time homebuyers, lake properties and new construction. We have a lot of experience in it. We pay for a direct feed to the MLS for our clients so they can search the MLS like we do. It will also send them homes as soon as they come on the market or change in price. Our clients love this because it keeps them on top of whats for sale in their price range or subdivision. They can also communicate with us thru the system.Its a great way to keep them organized and ready to go once they want to go out and view homes. We have experience in investment homes as rentals and flips. We know where the sweet spot is in buying them and getting them to market well and quickly. Our marketing process is far superior to other agents. We spend money on our listings when we market them, we don't just throw them on the MLS and then place black and white flyers in the box. We really market above and beyond and it shows. We have had buyers fly in from out of state to purchase a home from the pics they saw on our listing. We are truly proud of our listing process and know that it works because we sell more homes and faster than most agents. We just recently got a listing by referral. It was on the market with another agent for 5 months and we got two offers on it at day 34 and under contract on day 37 and closed at day 50. I have been called a bulldog negotiator. I work hard for my clients and they know it. They are happy with my contracts and I work hard to assure they are protected at every angle. We have the latest technology linking us to buyers on the net and all the listing websites out there. We are big advocates of realtor.com because of the reliability and the fact that each and every month realtor.com is the number 1 search site nationwide.
