I am very proud to be able to say that I am the first Delaware Licensed Realtor to achieve the Resort & Second Home Speacialist certification. My other Designations that I currently hold are the ABR ( Acredited Buyers Representitive), SRES ( Senior Real Estate Speacialist ), SFR (short sales & foreclosure Resource) & CDPE (Certified Distressed property Speacialist). Constantly staying up on education and Real Estate issues is very important to myself and hopefully this better serves my clients interest.
I have an extensive background in building from the ground up on everything from historic homes to new construction.
