As a REALTOR my obligation is to look out for your finances and your future. I build our relationship so I am your agent of trust. I am a third generation peninsula native. Being a second generation REALTOR means I know the neighborhoods in each of our cities. When we meet, I ask a lot of questions so you can have an experience that fits your needs and expectations.

I grew up in Pebble Beach watching my parents build houses, buy and sell real estate it's just what we do.

I stay active in the local community serving on the Board of Directors for Amp Media and Millennium High School as well as the Advisory Board for Carmel Unified School District. | Wow - sitting in the beautiful huge kitchen of our new rental home listening to the sounds of 7 college students move in. They are laughing and happy and so thrilled to be living in this beautiful home. And Leslie made it happen. Not an easy escrow - contingency sale, bad initial lender experience, short escrow, concurrent closes, different lender last minute delay.... 7 kids who needed to move in on 8/21 and now escrow not closing until 8/24. But Leslie to the rescue. She and her daughter Angelica were a great team - knew what we wanted, showed us the right places and when we decided, they worked hard to get it going and keep it going. | Leslie DeLuca helped my family find and buy their first home. The entire process of house hunting to securing a loan from start to finish was more than 9 months in total. It was the most stressful experience my family had ever been through. Throughout the entire time Leslie was the most professional and generous person my family has ever had the pleasure to work with. There wasn't a day that she wasn't available to help or answer questions in person, email, or phone. Every time a house would become available on the market it was only a matter of hours before Leslie was able to take or meet my family to see the property. Even though she has other clients and is very busy on numerous occasions she would still find the time to meet with us late in the day when my parents were out of work.
