In 4 years, I've earned the e-PRO, SRES, RSPS, ABR, and GRI designations. Currently I am a participant in the Nevada Association of REALTORS® Leadership program. I am successful, because I am not a quitter, even though I joined the business in a down market. My clients love working with me because I am empathetic to their needs and wants, and prompt with answers. My technical knowledge is a benefit to my prospects and clients. I attend my clients' inspections and closings. I am there for them.
I work with buyers and sellers in most of Northern Nevada. I am comfortable with the area, as I have lived here for 20 years. I really enjoy working with buyers relocating to our area. I tell them honestly the positives and negatives, and they appreciate my honesty. I know the REO market - I list them and help buyers buy them.
