As a Certified EcoBroker living in rural Hawaii for 23+ years, I have discovered the joy of authentic community and gladly share those connections with my select clients. Hawaii has such a rich blend of cultures and I see myself as a bridge-builder. My professional background has included sales of custom homes, large ranch acreage, commercial properties and other investment opportunities.

With my certification as an EcoBroker, I completed training in very relevant issues for the Hawaii market----for new projects I assist the owner to consider energy-wise designs that best suit for our tropical climate. For existing properties, careful consideration is given to issues like mold/mildew, lead-based paint or other chemicals contained in older building materials.
On another level, my background in commercial leasing, industrial construction, development projects (land, condo & custom homes) and real estate conflict resolution offer perspective to clients about making transactions less stressful and more profitable.
