Get to Know Lei Eberhardt
Home Staging is a new concept in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties. Up until a year or so ago there was no need for home Stagers. With the recent change in the market vacant homes need to be staged if a seller wants to sell. Delicious Decors does not rent our furniture, instead we customize each home with specialty pieces designed to enhance that homes greatest features. We have a combined 15 years in the Real Estate/ Decorating industry. Delicious Decors also specializes in Vacation Home Decorating. We work with a team of skilled contractors and can fully re-model, decorate and supply a vacation home and turn it into a money maker.
Lei Eberhardt also sells Real Estate for Coldwell Banker in the beach and marina communities in Oxnard and Ventura. Staging is provided to all of Lei's listings if the owner desires. If you have a home to sell and you need to have it staged you need to contact Lei Eberhardt for the listing.
Certifications
To get a feel for pricing we use the base price of $2.00 per square foot (based on total house square footage). We also have a monthly rental fee for our furnishings. We often offer specials which include one or two months of free monthly rental with staging fees. We understand the Real Estate market and know the high and the low seasons and try to accomodate our clients' budgets. We also have a program that allows an owner to pay us for our services when escrow closes.
