I started my real estate career as a Realtor Associate in January 2001. After 10 years of practice, I became a licensed Realtor and Broker in Charge of Lee Realty, the family owned business my husband started in 1987. While I specialize in residential real estate representing our clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income generating property throughout the State of Hawaii, my husband and business partner (Terrence M. Lee, Esq.) specializes in commercial real estate. I can honestly say that we LOVE what we do! Collectively, Terry and I have been practicing real estate for nearly 50 years. And, while Terry is a licensed broker, he is also a licensed real estate attorney. We pride ourselves in the knowledge of real estate law, current market trends, transactional data, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information.

As an active family, we are blessed to live and work together in such a special place! Having raised all of our children, Terry and I enjoy riding horses, playing tennis and working out…when you don't find us in our physical or virtual offices. Life has been good to us and we have learned that there is peace of mind and an awakening of sorts in the realization that you can positively affect peoples lives so dramatically in our respective areas of practice. | My experience with Dannette Lee was nothing less than excellent. She sold my apartment within 3 months for the asking price and kept me apprised of all activity during the sale. What also impressed me about Dannette was that she went through the closing documents with a fine tooth comb and saved me even more money. She was very professional and I would not ever use anyone else. |

| Everyone knows that buying or selling a house can be a very arduous and stressful process. In my case, buying AND selling at the same time turned my life upside down.
