Our nationwide foreclosure situation is no joke. There are many homeowners that are realizing that their homes are becoming a problem rather than a pleasure to own. My services tend to focus on those that are in need of help and information. Our company works with the top lenders in the country to counsel their borrowers on what happens with a foreclosure proceeding and how to best help themselves settle the situation, recover in the shortest amount of time and go on with their lives. This helps both the Lender and the Seller to benefit.
I have a knowledge base that increases with each client and home situation I run into and this makes me knowledgeable with construction situations, financing possibilities and investment opportunities which I bring to my investor contact database.
Qualifications? HUD Authorized Buyers Representative, Short Sale Specialist/Counselor, CEO Managing Broker for Professional Realty Partners, Inc., Lending Officer for Residential and Commercial financing. NABPOP-CPV (Broker Price Opinion-Certified Property Valuator) Work with Note Buyers/Investors to determine values and assist with Borrower Consultations. Short Sale Listing qualified. Buyers Representative for REO's/Short Sales. Graduate Realtors Institute.

Assisting Buyers, Seller's, Investors with acquiring property. My personal favorite is Investing in Real Estate. Familliar with construction costs, financing and determining resale potential of properties.
Borrower's find that with my financing back round - they can often consult with me as to what to do to successfully reaffirm their mortgages with their lenders and what other options or processes are available to them.
My Loss Mitigation Servicing Area stretches from the Waukegan area west to Barrington, south to Hoffman Estates and along the 55 expressway back thru Chicago to Lake Michigan. With Short Sale listings my emphasis is upon advising Seller's of the overall situation, options & properly pricing properties to move if that is the course of action we arrive at.
This area of expertise has me naturally attracting Investors that are looking for properties that have deferred maintenance issues but are correctable and therefore can be bought under market with a buy and hold or renovation & sell technique. First time homebuyers find properties they can develop sweat equity with and enhance their investment just by living in it.
As a community service, I've found that my abilities and willingness to help home owners, helps keep property values up in the communities I serve and it has enriched my life to know I'm helping people that don't get or think they can afford opportunities to talk with qualified counsel about their property issues.
