Each home is unique and exquisite, tailored to detail with a reflection of the owners personality, tastes and lifestyle needs.
As designers and constructors of your new or existing home we begin by working directly with the client aspiring to achieve the absolute highest levels of design. From sketches, to schematics to final working blueprints, all project specifications and their most minute details are highly examined for design worthiness and discussed thoroughly with the client. This elaborate process is the basis for establishing and maintaining the clients overall project budget.
We advise on all cost savings options during both the design and construction phase and we provide a level of exceptional craftsmanship unparallel in the homebuilding industry. Unique and virtually exclusive to the industry, The Louisville Building Company does not charge for architectural services should we perform the construction phase, as well, we offer double the industry standard warranty on all of the work and products we provide, for two full, trouble and worry free years. To date, we have constructed 100% of the homes we have designed because each client has gained an appreciation and trust for the process and services we offer.
