"Luxury for Less"
Luxury can be defined in many ways:
The Luxury of time is a good one. For me, with 3 babies under 1 year old, It was pure luxury to sleep an extra hour. (this was 34 years ago. I had an 11 month old and new born premature, twin boys. To think of it, bathing and eating were luxuries as well)
The Luxury of independence is another. I am sure you can think of when you were younger and having your first apartment with no real expectation from others'.
The biggie. The Luxury of Financial Freedom and today's market lends nicely to have the luxury of purchasing a home in a down market.
What does Luxury mean to you?
Buying investment property that yields a 10% return on your investment.
Finding your "dream home" $50,000. over your budget and purchasing it at the price you can afford or
Fulfilling those long term goals of "someday I will have a little place on the ocean and a boat
