Laurel has been working with the Rand Family since 1997. Prior to her Branch Manager appointment, she served as assistant manager of the Nanuet office. "Laurel's longtime association with the Nanuet office makes for a seamless transition and her knowledge of the industry and community is exactly what we look for in our office leaders." The Nanuet office has been among Prudential Rand's most prolific branches through the years. The Rand family was proud to accept the "Pride of Clarkstown Award" recognizing their latest building as an asset to the community due to it's design.

The Nanuet office continues to grow in size and production and has been a consistent winner of Prudential's highly regarded "Cornerstone Award" - which awards the top one percent of Prudential offices in terms of sales performance and operational excellence. As a graduate of the New York State Association of Realtors Instructor Training Institute, Laurel is a certfied instructor and currently working on an advanced coaching certificate. As the Co-Chair of the recent Foreclosure Prevention Workshop with managing partners Greg Rand and Paul Adler, they were successful in bringing the first of three public service events to the public with local state and federal agencies presenting reliable information to homeowners in the Hudson Valley needing assistance.
