I am an integral part in the success of BHHS Nutshell Realty which ranked on seventh position with a volume of $32.8 million from 110 sales through Ulster and Dutchess Counties.  My personal results in a year-over-year comparison are again exceptional with a 2015 sales volume of $15.5 million from 62 transactions, up from just under $15 million from 44 sales in 2014.  These results rank me among the top three producers in my County.  About 9% of my 2015 sales volume consisted of commercial and multi-family properties and 5% were land sales.  My residential sales ranged from $149,000 to $1,400,000 (average of $369,916) – a true reflection of my strong commitment to my diversified client base.  Indeed, every client is important!  On the listing side, I sell faster with an average of 114 days on market while achieving 94.6% of the asking price.  In comparison, the 2015 average of the Ulster County MLS is 158 days on market and just over 93% of the asking price was received.

In late 2015 I was recognized by my peers at the Ulster County Board of Realtors as the Realtor of the Year.  I am so pleased to receive this award, which takes into consideration real estate success, committee and other work at the Board of Realtors and NYSAR along with community service.

I serve on several New York Association of Realtor (NYSAR) state committees, currently serving as Chair of NYSAR’s Professional Standards Committee as well as chair of UCBR’s strategic plan committee.  I have been awarded an Ulster County Board of Realtors Top Producer award every year since 2004 and again in 2015 was named to BHHS Real Estate’s Leading Edge Society which identifies Top Producers in the Berkshire Hathaway Network.

Part of my success is related to my involvement with the community.  I currently serve as a board member of the Mohonk Preserve as well as SUNY Ulster’s Foundation and I am a member of the Rondout Valley Business Association.   This community service, coupled with ongoing support of the Rondout Valley Growers Association, The Episcopal Church of Christ the King in Stone Ridge, Rondout Valley Food Pantry and other like organizations compliment the networking and marketing that has been a key factor in my real estate achievements.
