Laurel Nielson was a pleasure to work with. She is very informed as to the housing inventory as well as current values. Laurel keeps you informed, takes whatever time is needed to explain things if needed. Laurel was a pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend her for any realtor needs. I have worked with 6 realtors in my life, Laurel has been the best by far. LW Linch (Retired Law Enforcement)
Laurel helped us sell 2 of our homes in Seville. She did a great job with all the details of the sale and really stayed on top of everything. I would recommend her to friends and family.
Laurel has been amazing to work with. She helped me purchase my home in 2012 and then sell my home in 2013. She is extremly knoweledgable, always repsonds to my requests promplty, goes out of her way to help buyer/seller get what they want. I would highly recommend her as an agent.
Laurel made our first time selling a house easy! Her strongest traits are her follow-through and attention to detail. She is super-organized and responds quickly to any email, text, or phone call. She put together information about other houses for sale in our neighborhood, so we could come up with a fair yet competitive listing price. Later, she put a personal touch in staging the house. We got an offer when our house was only on the market for 11 days. We can't wait to use her again when we are looking for our next move!
Laurel is one of the hardest workers I have ever met. She was always very responsive, quick to respond with answers and very informative. She was very patient in my home search and I never felt pushed or rushed to purchase a home. She was flexible with her schedule and always had a smile on her face. Through the transaction, she kept me informed of the process and walked me through each step. I could not have purchased my first home without her and I will recommend her any and everyone I know.
Laurel was a wonderful agent for us whom I will recommend to anyone.
She did well in all categories especially responsiveness. Laurel deserves a 7 out of 5 for responsiveness.
Laurel did an amazing job. She was very patient with me and was extremely knowledgable regarding the current market. Hands down, I would recommend her again to anyone!
Laurel was incredibly helpful and patient when helping me purchase my first home in 2010. My budget wasn't very high and I had no idea what I wanted or where exactly I wanted to live other than East Valley. We started out looking at wide range of different style homes in a variety of prices within my budget. I still have a binder with the dozens of print outs of the homes we looked at over the course of several month. It is wild to think of all the places we looked at and yet I cannot think of any moment where Laurel was impatient or pushy. She was always up beat and looking out for my best interests.
As we started to figure out my tastes, Laurel kept an eye on other listings that fit most my criteria to see if there was something that could be negotiated. That is how we found the house I came to purchase. Suprisingly it was it was listed below my "minimum price range" in the search and had Laurel not pointed it out, I would have never seen it.
Laurel also did an amazing job keeping in-touch with me throughout the home search, purchasing process and beyond. She had quality people that she recommended for the inspection and for some minor repairs that needed to be done.
All in all, I couldn't be happier with the service Laurel provided and I can honestly say that it was not just me. Recently my girl friend began looking for her first home. I mentioned to her that she should talk to "my realtor". She insisted on using the realtor that had been so helpful to her brother a few years prior. Turns out Laurel was her brother's realtor too.
Always "on the ball" - Laurel goes above and beyond in working with the complicated process. ALWAYS kept me completely informed!
Laurel was an amazing help to us! She was actually our third realtor. Our first realtor we had was a little too unresponsive. So we decided to find another one. Our second realtor seemed to be the same. At that point I began to wonder if all realtors were this way. I first called Laurel because she was the listing agent of a house we were interested in buying. She was very helpful and asked if she could send us a list of similar homes in the area. Within 15 minutes of giving her my email, I had a thorough list of similar homes for sale. Fast. That's when we decided to have her be our realtor. She did not disappoint!
She had that same urgency the entire time she worked for us. She was patient and not pushy at all, yet at the same time I felt like she was 100% dedicated to us and we were her most important clients (I have a hunch that all of her clients feel this way). If you want a realtor that is personable and works with an amazing amount of urgency, you will not go wrong with her. Feel free to email me with any questions about our experience with Laurel as our realtor.
