| Jason sold two houses for me in Memphis. Since I live in Nashville there were many things I couldn't help with because of the distance. He secured workers for repairs that did quality work for a reasonable price. I was unable to do this myself not being in Memphis. He handled this and went the extra mile to work with the buyer's agents to make sure the properties closed. I would not hesitate to recommend Jason to anyone in the Memphis area buying or selling a home |

| I worked with Laura Wallace on purchasing a Hud property as Owner Occupant. Laura was of great assistance finding all the details and preparing the paperwork with timely response. The process is tedious and time consuming but went smoother than I thought it would based on what I had read on Hud home purchases. I would choose Jason and Laura Wallace in the future for Real Estate Services |

| I will make this short and sweet. Jason and Laura are Excellent at what they do. They went above and beyond all of our expectations. In these tough economic times, my wife and I decided to sell our house in a neighborhood that already had several homes for sale. We watched as these homes just sat on the market. When we listed our home, Jason told us exactly what needed to be done and within 3 months, we were at the closing table. Needless to say, the houses in our old neighborhood are still sitting there!!
