His career began at 17 in the U.S. Navy, originally as an enlisted Nuclear Engineer, quickly rising through the ranks to become a Naval Officer. After 10 years of honorable service, he entered the civilian workforce but took with him all of his lessons of leadership, time management, communication and efficiency.
He would briefly work in education as a Math & Science teacher learning great presentation skills and how to translate confusing ideas into simple language. He also gained vital experience through his family’s contracting business. His mother is a Licensed Realtor and his father has been a general contractor for over 20 years. As an investor, Lateef is able to recognize a home’s strengths and weaknesses for his buyers and sellers.
He then transitioned into a corporate career in sales as a Licensed Financial Advisor for many Fortune 100 companies like JP Morgan & Chase, Edward Jones, USAA, Bank of America and Merrill Lynch. He prided himself in his fiduciary responsibility, gaining his client’s trust, making smart investment decisions and managing his client’s assets as if they were his own.
It is with this mindset that he approaches his real estate business. He understands that his client’s homes are more than just a matter of dollars and cents; it is where they raise their families, experience life transitions and create many memories. As a renown Author, Social Entrepreneur & Holistic Living coach, he helps to consider the physical, mental and emotional aspects of buying or selling a home.

Know Thyself
Know Thyself and know the answer to all questions... To Know Thyself is the purpose of a fulfilled life! Ask yourself, if this were your last day alive would you be happy with your life? Would you wish you had more time? Would you have regrets with how you lived thus far?
I know... no one wants to think about their mortality. Intellectually, we all know no one is promised tomorrow, yet we all live as if it is. We live in denial... we procrastinate... we live lackadaisically. But if you knew for certain you only had 24 hours to live what would you do differently? Would you make peace with all those you love? Would you try to check off your bucket list? Would you eat, drink & be merry? Or would you simply try to live in the moment and savor every last breath?
Now close your eyes, sit quietly and ask yourself "WHO AM I?” This is the most important question in life you’ll ever ask!
Yet many will go to their graves without ever finding a concrete answer to this question. Regardless of your spiritual beliefs, or lack thereof, this one question determines our careers, relationships, finances, health, happiness and the entirety of how we live our lives! All other pursuits in life are secondary to this burning question; all else can wait but your quest to truly “Know Thyself” cannot!
Money, homes, cars, romance, travel etc tend to take priority in our lives but should they? Scripture tells us "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." In other words, finding the Source of ALL - quenches every other desire!
Some of us may believe we already know who we are but if you strip yourself of your race, gender, job, nationality, hobbies, personality or accolades can you still answer the question? Your truth isn’t what is on the surface but what is buried beneath.
This book, therefore, is about YOU... or at least the REAL you! This real you is grander than anything your imagination can fathom. Within you resides all joy, bliss, happiness & fulfillment that is not dependent upon your outer circumstances.
