Get to Know Larry Urrutia
I am a native Idahoan. I have lived in Kentucky, Utah, and California. I now live in my favorite state and I sell property to local people as well as people relocating. I have 2 Daughters in school here that keep me entertained when I'm not working. My family has deep roots here, my father had a little country store north of Shoshone. My grandfather was foreman for the Ben Darrah sheep company. I work with one of my sisters Louisa and my brother Johnny. We all love selling realestate and intend to stay in it through the tough years. I have built 5 houses for myself and grew up on a farm in Shoshone, so I have a lot of back ground to help people looking for property here.
Certifications
Most of my sales have been residential but I have been envolved in farms, commercial, and developement properties. My best quality is I get information fast and follow up on the needs of my clients. I spend a lot of money to have a presence on the internet and local advertising for maximum exosure of listed property. I help out of state buyers know about local features that may be interesting to them and how some property may be advantageous over others.
