I have been a Loan Officer for 7 years and hold licenses in both Texas and Louisiana. I have a degree in Accounting and a Juris Doctorate in Law. However, I do not practice law because I really love what I do. Being a loan officer is very positive and you are striving to help someone accomplish their dream of owning a home. The Lending Center Inc is licensed by the State of Texas as a mortgage broker entity. They have been in existence since 1993 and have specialized in construction lending. Randel Melhorn is the broker of record. Randel holds a degree in Economics and served as a Captain in the U.S. Army.
