Having been in the real estate arena for several years now, Larry Evans is not new to the Clarksville community. As an Austin Peay Graduate and former Ft. Campbell soldier, Larry relates to many of the people that have moved to this area. Clarksville has been home for over 40 years and its small town atmosphere yet progressive movement towards a more metropolitan community has really impressed him. Larry is a hardworking, family oriented man, married with 2 daughters, 2 son-in-laws, and grandchildren. Spending time reading and just hanging out with the grandchildren makes him quite happy. Other times working in the yard, doing puzzles, reading the Bible and other books gives lots of pleasure to Larry's quieter moments. Listening to music of all kinds and watching historical films contributes to the more complex side of his character. He is involved at his church, First Baptist, with the choir and many different missions projects. Intensely loyal and Dependable, Larry says he loves his country, God, church, family and friends. He meets people easily and wants you to know he is, "A Realtor who is working for you!" The Clarksville Real Estate market is very appealing because of the diverse nature of the community. With Ft. Campbell and its various units, many people from all over the world come here make Clarksville their home. We have many retired people and others who come here because of the low cost of living. There is a new factory and its subsidiaries under construction that will provide many jobs for the future helping our overall economic outlook. There are many small businesses as well as commuters to Nashville and other parts of the region. Opportunities to assist buyers, seller, and renters alike are immense. The future looks great for the Clarksville and the Real Estate industry.
