Born and raised on Lanai, I have found that time stood still even after being away for more than 20 years. Returning to the island to take a position at the resorts, now managed by Four Seasons, I became a Realtor in 2000 and earned a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation in 2006. While attending numerous NAR Conventions (National Association of Realtors), I have taken the opportunity to be a part of the Habitat for Humanity work programs within the host city. The most memorable work program was in New Orleans at Musicians Village in 2006 and is especially gratifying to support other musicians.
Staying ahead of the process and anticipating any bumps in the road allows me to provide the service and assistance for you - whether you are Buyers or Sellers or fellow Realtors.
My business started in a specific luxury development introducing new product, now offering those as re-sales. In addition, other homes on the island for first-time homebuyers or for second home investors are becoming available. The whole island is my back yard.
