I have been practicing law in the Southern Ocean County area (primarily in Stafford Township) for over 26 years. During that time I have handled thousands of real estate closings. My law firm employs two full-time real estate paralegals and we have three attorneys (Richard Visotcky, Mark Abramson and Kristen Wilson-Neumann) all with hands on real estate experience. We have been involved with purchases and sales of both residential and commercial properties. Our law firm also handles Land Use applications including variances, site plans and subdivisions before local Land Use Boards, Planning Boards and Zoning Boards of Adjustment.
