And the third was a 1-bedroom condominium in Annandale. And you know what? I've been working in Real Estate for since 2003. I started as the assistant to a very experienced agent. I learned the business from the inside out, working with contracts and addenda; participating in negotiations; doing property CMAs (comparative market analyses); meeting with clients; and working with agents, settlement companies and lenders. I developed a unique CMA that provides a more analytical look at pricing and the history and market trend of the immediate neighborhood.
