Kate began her real estate career managing various aspects of a Brooklyn realty firm, from marketing and finance to client and developer relations. From her management position she was recruited to assist a top selling agent in a larger firm located in Park Slope. When that agent took a management position, she chose to continue on working as a salesperson. Kate enjoys working with buyers and sellers and is pleased to have sold from South Brooklyn to Washington Heights. Specializing in co ops and condos she is well respected and experienced working with managing agents and board members. With over 10 years of experience in the industry Kate is proud to be a member of the Douglas Elliman network. Her diverse background in the music and entertainment industry, and as a Business English instructor for an ESL school in Manhattan, provided a valuable foundation for the interpersonal flair and worldly vision that make her successful today.
