Full time, Full service REALTOR committed to providing my sellers the utmost in Marketing I can to sell their "Treasure".  This is a very important aspect of my career.  Interviewing to get the "job" is very critical.  the competition is vast.  This is just like going on a job interview everyday!  I provide all my sellers with all the marketing I do from advertising on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), providing a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), holding Open Houses, Brokers Open Houses, providing flyers, utilizing the "Homefacts" calling system, scheduling showing appointments and advertising, not only in magazines and local newspapers but most importantly, the internet. Negotiating offers and accomplishing the main goal which is the "SOLD" sign outside.
