I sell real estate agent in Northwest Philadelphia neighborhoods (Mt Airy, Germantown, Chestnut Hill, Cedarbrook, Oak Lanes, East Falls), where I have lived since 1983. I have been here long enough to know something about Philly, not so long that I don't remember what it is line to relocate to an new place.

I am a Trustee at my Church where we face the challenge of maintaining a 100 year old building. I previously served as the Housing Committee Chairperson for a local Non-Profit.  

I'm into blogging, photography, learning video; singing with a local choir; growing herbs and vegetables on my roof deck; walking with Penny, my ECS.
