Get to Know Anna Stamper
As a seasoned BUYERS AGENT, I have asisted in many diverse transactions; single family residential, multi-family units, and investement properties. I keep on top of current trends in real estate and prepair my clients for current market situations. Education is key to understanding the best directions for transaction to go. I have developed key relationships with lenders, title & escrow officers, and inspectors that allow for smooth closings and also help to assure that my clients are "in the know" and up to date with all communications during the process.

I have worked in the escrow and title industry, the financial side, and now as a broker, I feel that my background has propelled me to helping clients. Understanding what is stated on the title report, knowing what the HUD statement should disclose, and negotiating the contract are all strong skills that I bring to your transaction. Continuing education is a must with this industry. Rules & regulations are always changing, loan programs come and go, stale properties and "just listed" have different ways to approach the contracts. Staying on top of the current market is challenging, but with education and effort it is possible.
