Why not? I am a professional, I take my job seriously (but I am fun), and I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to own a home or real estate. I hail from the Chicago area, South Holland to be precise, but I have lived in downtown Chicago, the western suburbs and the southern suburbs and I worked in downtown Chicago for over 9 years with one of the major banks. I also spent about 20 years in the Twin Cities of St Paul and Minneapolis Minnesota, specifically, Long Lake and Lake Minnetonka. My hubby, who is my partner in real estate, was born in New York and grew up in Miami. We have a great understanding of not only the mid-western and eastern personalities but also the south eastern....kind of a unique combination, don't you think? Working together as a team gives you twice the knowledge, expertise, and service!
Seriously, Ken and I both believe in education. We are both college graduates. I also earned my MBA from DePaul University of Chicago. We both came from Banking and Financial backgrounds in our previous lives. Since we have been in real estate, one or both of us have earned the following designations after taking multiple course requirements: Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, At Home With Diversity, E-Pro, Short-Sale/Foreclosure Resource, Graduate Real Estate Institute, and Professional Management Network.
We both love animals and have had many dogs and cats over the 25+ years we have been together. Boating is another passion and we try to get out onto the water whenever the opportunity presents itself. Friends and family are important to us and we have been greatly blessed in that regard. We welcomed our first grandchild this past December and we both have TONS of nieces/nephews, great nieces/nephews, and even GREAT GREAT nieces/nephews. We don't see them nearly enough but we try!

We live, work and play in Punta Gorda! Punta Gorda is our specialty, particularly waterfront single family homes or condominiums. We are avid boaters and know the waters and waterways better than most so we can easily assist our customers in finding the perfect property for their boating needs. We also work a lot with second home buyers who are looking to re-locate to our area on a more permanent basis in the future while they continue to live elsewhere...otherwise known as the 'snowbirds'.
For the seller, our knowledge of both the area and marketing techniques/technology is where we excel. With 75-85% of consumers beginning their home search on the Internet, it is more important than ever to be sure that a good portion of the marketing be done there. Our marketing is a combination of Internet, post cards, email, and personal contact which reaches out to every type of consumer, even those without a computer.
