Get to Know Karen Rivard
Being a part of the Carlson team enables me to be part of a team of Real Estate Agents that are providing Premiere Service to our customers and clients. I am Premiere Service Certified as well as a NH State Licensed Real Estate Agent and a member of the National Association of Realtors, member of the NH Association of Realtors, and a member of the Granite State South Board of Realtors.
Certifications
I have most of my experience in the Residential area of Real Estate. I have helped clients obtain thier first home, second home, and for one couple thier first place of business, a diner, which was a dream for them. I have also helped clients sell thier homes so that they could purchase another home. Helping people achieve their dreams and goals in buying or selling Real Estate is important to me and is what I feel being a Realtor is about.
