Hello and thank you for contacting me!  I have lived in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire for the last 25 years, and am so privileged to reside in the beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee community of Meredith NH with my husband and two young children.
  
My husband and I were fortunate enough to design and build our unique post and beam "forever" home six years ago.  We did the site work ourselves, which was a labor of love and an incredible learning experience.  Throughout the design and build process, I learned much about the ins and outs of new construction and built a great network of local contacts.  My familiarity with and permanence in the Lakes Region, coupled with the knowledge gained from our own building experience, are things that I will leverage to assist my customers and add value to the relationship.

While I am relatively new to real estate, my business background and knowledge of the area provide excellent credentials for my career in real estate.  My professional background lies in financial services communications, where I spent 12 years in various client management and marketing communications roles in Boston-area companies, including Fidelity Investments, Liberty Financial and Wachovia.  While at Fidelity, I was asked to assume marketing responsibility for their largest institutional client, General Motors.  I managed that relationship successfully, along with many others, including Pepsi, Delphi Automotive, Chubb Insurance, Ashland Corporation and Northeast Utilities during my tenure.

After having our second child in 2004, I took some time out of my professional career to focus on our family.  During that sabbatical, it became clear that I wanted to make a career change that was locally centered and more family friendly.  After giving it much thought, I decided to go into real estate, and became a licensed agent in early 2008. 

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and have held NASD Series 6, 7 and 63 licenses.  I have also completed several modules of the Certified Financial Planner Program. 

I am also active in the community.  I am an officer on the board of directors for a local childcare center, serve on the PTO at my children's school, and was part of a four-member team that designed and built the playground in our town, "Jack's Place".
