I am a Mortgage Business Development Officer for Coastal Federal Credit Union in Raleigh, NC. I originate 1st mortgage residential loans for first-time homebuyers, other purchase loans, investment properties, and condos. I also offer refinance options for fixed rates or ARM's.

 I have over 7 years of loan origination experience, and have great credit knowledge. With Sub-Prime lending in my background, I understand the hard times people can go through. My aim is to help everyone achieve their goals of homeownership and learn about financing to the point where they won't fall down again.
