Kris Grimes is a Belgian citizen who moved to the Atlanta area in 1999. She lived in many countries worldwide and is familiar with many different cultures. Upon her arrival she felt she could put her experience of world traveller to good use by becoming a Realtor®. Nothing beats hands-on experience when it comes to moving and finding a home for the family.

Soon after obtaining her real estate license she realized that the subject needed further in-depth study in order to be able to offer the best services to her clients. Hence, she became an Accredited Buyer Representative to better assist her buyer clients, followed by Staging Professional to help sellers properly prepare for the market and make their house stand out from the crowd. Since Kris speaks Dutch, French, English and German, becoming a Relocation Specialist was only a small step.

With the increase in foreclosures in recent years, Kris learned that through Loss Mitigation homeowners with financial troubles can still sell their home without going into foreclosure or declaring bankruptcy.
