For more than 15 years as a Mortgage Banker, Kevin has consistently been a top producer in jumbo markets across the country including Vail, Avon, Aspen, Snowmass, Lake Tahoe, and NY. Kevin's pace hasn't slackened: The veteran Mortgage Banker has expanded his business through taking a position as Regional Vice President at First Meridian Mortgage.  As a recognized professional in the field, Kevin is frequently asked to speak at mortgage events, and has published articles in various mortgage and real estate publications.Kevin possesses a broad range of knowledge in virtually all of Colorado's resort and residential communities. This was derived from lending in numerous luxury communities as they grew and expanded over the years. "I started out by offering a very limited number of programs that were available to clients that had large mortgages on primary residences, second homes, and investment properties in resort and luxury property communities.  Lenders simply weren't very good at understanding the unique value of properties in these communities.  However, over the years, bankers like me have helped lenders to understand the intricacies of the properties and the product needs of the clients that own them.  Now we have a large variety of programs and rates that fit almost every need.  Today, by relying extensively on the cumulative knowledge of the company's veteran Bankers, I continue to maintain an active awareness of trends in each major community in order to offer my clients the widest variety of mortgage opportunities." In his leisure time, Kevin enjoys golfing, skiing and spending quality time with his 11 year old daughter Alexis, 16 year old son Austin, and wife Annie.  Kevin and his family currently live in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.  Kevin has an office in the Tech Center.
