I am a registered contractor in the state of Montana. I have been a spec home builder for 7 years specializing in smaller affordable homes with a keen eye for affordable land in good locations. I have built and sold homes in Ennis, Big Sky, Livingston, Emigrant, Gardiner and Butte Montana. I specialize in energy efficient homes using R-Control panels and ICF forms. I have put together loan packages for Bankers and lenders and worked on a sub division project for a client.
