First of all, I'm not a real estate agent. I am an employee of a title and escrow company. As such, we are one of the key players in the real estate process. We work very closely with the real estate community in Hawaii and are familiar with almost every agent in our area. In addition to title and escrow services, we often provide support to real state agents in the form of education seminars and classes, sponsorship of Realtor events and other services.
I have been with Old Republic Title & Escrow of Hawaii since February 1985. I was originally the title manager. Before that, I was Chief Title Officer with American Pacific Title Company. I was also the President of the Hawaii Land Title Association for several years. Later, I took on the challenge of developing technology awareness in my company as well as in the Realtor community. I have been active in providing seminars and classes in technology, real estate software programs and title industry subjects.
