My wife and I are originally from Chicago and we decided early on that we wanted a calmer life style, so we left Chicagoland and we've been in Germantown and the Metro Milwaukee area since 1997. We had a brief stint in Kenosha from 1994 - 1997 but for all practical purposes, we raised our kids in Germantown and plan to stay here for quite a while.
I have been selling real estate since 1998 and my first 11 years I was with Coldwell Banker and came on board to Shorewest in 2009. Since that time I've established the KNash Team where I have been privileged to train new agents into highly productive professionals. Our team currently holds several professional designations, ABR, CRS, SRES, CSRS and Notary.
