I have 42 years in the custom home design/build business and related real estate community. I am taking my in depth experience to greatly assist clients in their real estate needs, both in selling and buying. I fully understand and have extensive experience in the Critical Area rules and regulations of the State of Maryland and how it pertains to properties in Talbot County. I can use this expertise to guide clients in the potential use of properties both for sellers and buyers. I am also a licensed home inspector and teach home inspection at a local college.
I am an expert in waterfront/critical area real estate properties. I am also an expert in home construction techniques and potential issues for existing properties. Having designed and built numerous new homes/additions and historic preservation/restorations I am a rare find in the real estate agent market. I work with both first time and "seasoned" buyers to make the real estate experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I am also a licensed home inspector and teach home inspection at a local college.
