I have been in the real estate business since I was 18 years old. My parents started a real estate company in 1939 in Mount Vernon New York. So lets say I was milk fed the business. In 2004 the business was incorporated into the Houlihan Lawrence firm.
I presently live in lower Ulster County/Orange County and have been selling homes here for the past 15 years.
My goal has always been to service the buyer and the seller to meet their real estate needs. This takes a great deal of knowledge and hands on experiemce. Completing this job has been my full time business. Education has been available for me so that I can bring to the table the expertise and information that is exact. I am also knowledgeable about mortgages and help you complete the process which is very difficult.
I am a trustee of the Cragsmoor Historical & The Stone Church. I have my Masters in Counseling.
