Real estate has been my  profession since 1989, currently Associate Broker for Wealthcare Realty. The real estate market has changed over the years and so have the methods of selling.  I made the decision to change as well by offering a flat fee, full service platform. 

Some people have the notion that fee-based brokerages don't cooperate with buyer's agents and do not give full service; with Wealthcare Realty this could not be further from the truth.
