Thank you for visiting me.

My name is Kerry Cannon. I am the owner of RSL Document Specialists and a Loan Originator for Mission Hills Mortgage Bankers.  I am a commisioned and bonded Notary Public, I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and have been in the mortgage industry for several years. I have seen the rise and fall of the refi boom, the incredible rise and fall of home values, and the rise and fall of the sub-prime market. Through it all, I have seen that there is always something new to experience. I believe the next 12 to 18 months are going to be bumpy, but for those of us who are able to financially take the ride, it should be well worth the experience.

Certifications

My current focus is on the CalPERS, STRS, CalHFA, and FHA products. They are wonderful products that have been severely under-utilized in the past 5-7 years. That is not to say that I will leave traditional conventional products behind. They too have their place, as not everyone can qualify for PERS or FHA programs.

Having worn the processor hat for several years, I know the importance of getting as much information as possible, up front, and staying on top of that information. I am very tenacious and diligent in my work. I take a personal stance with each and every client, agent or referral. I handle my clients as if they were my own family or friend. What does that mean? That means that I will be honest, up front and deliver the very best mortgage deal available. A mortgage that will be financially sound for my client. I will not be one of those loan officers that takes your personal information and then is never heard from again.

I have a very strong and experienced team that I work with. My philosophy is, where there's a will, there's a way and I am yours for the distance.

Mission Hills Mortgage has many wonderful programs available that other lenders have had to abandon. This is due to our position in the industry. We are still able to close more than 80% of our loans, while according to Title statistics, the industry is closing less than 55% of deals.  If you have a difficult deal, give me a call and let's get it closed.
