I love Selling Real Estate!! You know that excitement you feel when you finally find your passion? That is how I feel about Real Estate on Galveston Island. I have a Bachelor's Degree in the Science of Nursing with an inactive RN license for the State of Texas. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an active Certificate of Public Accounting for the State of Texas. I have been an Investment Representative. I have also delved into management at different points in my life. Not one of these careers drove me the way selling Real Estate does.
I love helping people. What better way to help someone than by finding them their dream home. Whether it is a primary home, second home or even an investment, people are excited when they buy Real Estate. I enjoy working with people from holding their hand at the start of the process to handing them their keys as I push them out of the nest.
I love the challenges that go along with every transaction. As you can tell, I get bored pretty easily. There is nothing boring about Real Estate sales. Every transaction is different meaning I learn something new every time. Experience counts in this business and having sold Millions of Dollars of Real Estate over the last several years I have plenty of experience.
I love the education. At one time I thought I would be a professional student. I love to learn. What a great gig when your continuing education actually benefits your profession. My certifications currently include the e-PRO, RSPS (Resort & Second Home Property Specialist), CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), as well as obtaining my Broker's license. I am currently working on my CRS and will tackle the GRI next year (2009).
Galveston is my Home, Galveston is my Business, and Galveston is where you will find me for all your Real Estate Needs.
Galveston is an Island 60 miles South East of Houston. It has been called the Hamptons of Houston. It is a great place to live, work, and play!!
