You actually did it! You said you would, but I didn't think it could really be done. You managed to help us find and buy our dream second home through your California real estate contacts, then structure and execute a reverse 1031 Exchange by selling six rentals here in Colorado. You even helped organize the remodel of the Santa Barbara house. I don't think there is anything you can't do when it comes to real estate investing. You have shown us the path and given us the inspiration and the tools to achieve an 8-figure equity position. Thanks! Thank you for listing and selling eight of my rental properties in Aurora over the last few years. You were able to get them all sold quickly and at full asking price or above. Greatly appreciate your expertise and guidance in setting up 1031 Exchanges on these sales, and in taking a portfolio view in lining up the replacement properties. Pulling out some tax-free cash was a huge bonus too. You were able to find the perfect luxury condo near Coors Field, get it under contract for a great price, and get the deal closed quickly. Wanted to send you a thank you for the great work in selling my rental properties in Aurora and Highlands Ranch. I really appreciate that you were able to get above the top market price. I especially want to thank you for helping me find the new rentals in Highlands Ranch. I was nervous doing the 1031 Exchanges and was watching the clock tick as I needed to get the replacement properties under contract to meet the time requirements of the exchange. It all worked out great, and really appreciate the new tenants you put in right after the closings. By the way, we cannot believe the value of our (paid off early using your methods) personal home you helped us buy back in 2010. Talk about the greatest buy at the market bottom purchase! We were apprehensive buying in that terrible market, but your research showed we were bouncing along the bottom... and you were right! The house is almost triple what we paid for it back then. Wow. Wow. What a difference the last 18 months have made since you came into the picture! We dumped a disastrous 13-unit portfolio into your lap that was bleeding money, and that was managed by a clown. You helped us identify which properties to sell and when, organized the (extensive) repair and remodel projects, showed us a proven investment model and helped us identify and purchase a solid 9 property newer construction portfolio that is running smoothly and spinning off considerable cash flow.
