My passion is assisting people in finding a home that will fulfill a dream! Be it a first time home buyer or a family that needs more space or empty nesters looking for their retirement dream space. My goal is to educate my clients on the process and assist them every step of the way. Home buying, though one of the largest, if not the largest financial investment most people make, should be a fun and stress free experience. The greatest gift I can receive is a referral from my client and I strive to make it a joy for them to refer me to their friends and family.

| I worked with Kerry on purchasing a duplex in Mission Beach. Honestly I can’t say enough good things about her. From our initial conversation I immediately felt comfortable working with her and knew she had my best interests in mind. She was extremely thorough in going over the contracts and documents with me and exactly what each one of them meant. Understanding that this was a tight market, she was extremely responsive in follow up and this definitely played a major role in securing my property. Once our offer was accepted Kerry was amazing, she clearly outlines all the steps necessary and dates they need to be completed by. She also was a real advocate on making sure these items were completed to coincide with the deadlines. She recommended a great home inspector, who was extremely thorough and honest in his report.
