I try to put a bit of sunshine in other folks' days. I offer free smiles, free advice and a hug if you need one.

I am an Art History buff, bird watcher, and star gazer. I am an information junkie, I photograph wildflowers, and have a large music collection. In their own special ways, my passions relate to Real Estate and to my style of business. 

My clients' know that I am looking out for them and update them with new facts as the facts become available.  I email my clients with my thoughts following our conversations; just make sure we are all on the same page. 

I have a degree in visual/graphic art, make and distribute professional quality brochures about properties that I am representing. Often I will include a pamphlet about the community as well.

One of my real estate goals is to educate those who are not real estate professionals. Sellers will know at what initial dollar figure to properly position their property on the market to sell.  Homebuyers will understand how to make reasonable offers that sellers will accept.
