Get to Know KimTim Team
Kim Mansfield and I comprise the nucleus of the KimTimTeam. Kim manages the team, and is the inside sales person and initial contact person. My function on the team is in marketing and listing specialist. We have additional support by a home stager, professional photographer, and three buyer specialists.
Kim and I were builder reps until the market shift in 2006, at which time Kim and I decided on real estate as our new career path. We made the switch, with a data base of 600 families, M/I Homes homeowners that we had worked with in the past. That is how we made our start.
Certifications
Through the years we have had many experiences in closing a large number of transactions. We are certified in corporate relocation with Serva, Prudential, Cartus,and More. For short sales and foreclosure we hold an SFR designation and we are Equater Silver Certified. Our entire team of licesed agents have earned the CNE Designation for negotiation and MRP for Military Relocation Professionals. For new construction we hold the CSP for Certified New Home Sales Professional. For internet marketing we have earned the intensive IMSD designation which includes ongoing study to stay in the know about SEO.

| The Kim Tim Team was amazing to work with. Several issues arises during the selling process and they very quick to respond and handle what ever was in our way. The were exceptionally helpful in finding contractors to do the minor work required by the buyer and was affordable and great quality work. The have a great perpetration team that allowed us to be prepared so we would have a great showing. We had an extremely difficult client that if it was not one thing it was another. Kim and Tim were able to knock down a lot of absurd requests and reach a common ground. They work wonders with difficult clients and our experience clearly showed that. | The KimTim team was awesome. We lived in a declining neighborhood in the Dayton, Ohio area and wanted to sell our house soon. Our first realtor had no confidence and did nothing more than put a sign in the yard. We were told about KimTim but were reluctant since they were based in the Cincinnati area.
