Kim Lampe, co-owner with husband Tom Lampe has successfully sold 4 of their own homes in the past 13 years. The longest any home was on the market was 2 months and received asking price and above. Their successes in selling their homes can be contributed largely to smart home improvement projects and bringing out the best in their homes.
The Lampe's designed and completed the interior of their current home. Kim has many years experience as customer service manager and understands the value of quality services to obtain loyal, satisfied customers. Tom has 15 years experience in commercial and residential construction. He has the construction and handyman know-how, not to mention every tool known to mankind.
The Lampe's have moved 7 times in the past 13 years. It is a very hectic time for families and they will strive to help other families to make it as stress free and profitable as possible.
