Several years ago we decided to develop internet marketing system to empower agents.
we learned early on that no lead system would ever make agents happy.
since only 2 of ten were ready to buy now
we looked around at agent and company websites then we surveyed consumers both buyers and sellers.
we found that most consumers would rather go to non real estate company website for info
yet most agents and re companies were using real estate names in website.
when asked what would you search for (Homes in) was most popular
so we began buying domains for every town in new jersey HOMESINPRINCETON.COM etc.
we created website for every town
as we promoted site we found that sellers would rather tell friends that their home is on homesinprinceton.com than our company site.
we then began gettting requests from other sellers to advertise home on site.
then we created a site for state homesinnewjersey.com
then HomesintheUnitedStates.com
we now have over 1300 sites and we a building one for every town in US
we bought Homesin.com and are creating Homesin.com/oakland for every town in US
we then created vertical search engines

our goal was to recuit agents ,retain agents, increase market share, decrease advertising cost,while increasing advertising for sellers.
