I'm a Realtor in Atlanta, GA where I've enjoyed working with both those buying or selling a home since 1999. I truly love what I do and have had the honor of working with many incredible people. My goal is to build trusting life-long relationships with those I serve while helping them achieve their goals and dreams. My approach is built on personal touches, win-win deals and positive results. I utilize the latest technologies, market research and business strategies to exceed expectations. More importantly, I listen and that means I find solutions that are tailored to the buyer or seller. It's not about me--it's about them!

| It was amazing how Kathy was able to take all of my must-haves and my would-likes and locate a home within my budget so easily. Kathy didn't pressure me or try to hurry me; she merely worked beside me and she quickly located the perfect home to suit all of my needs—and all within my budget! I tell all of my friends, who are looking to buy or sell, about Kathy! When I decide to make my next move Kathy will once again be my agent helping me find the perfect home! |

| I have brought and sold many homes and in each case dealt with different listing and selling agents and many showing agents. I can call myself somewhat of an expert in dealing with real estate professionals and can say without a doubt Kathy is the most professional agent I have ever had the pleasure to come across. Not only did she quickly sell my house in a time when it was a buyer's market, she got us the highest price in the subdivision to date. Kathy did a great job handling problems that came up and she handled them in a way that made my life stress free. I was a residential builder previously and dealt with hundreds of agents so I do not pass on this compliment lightly.
