I have a Real Estate License. That sounds simple but it was Three week Real Estate Class and a Two day Missouri Real Estae Practice Class then a Real Estate License test in St Louis, Mo. Statistically most people do not pass the test on their first try. I did, thankfully. I have taken CENTURY 21's class, Create 21 and other on-line courses. I am the process of attaining my GRI designation and I participate in continuing education courses. I attend CENTURY 21's Regional and National Conference's. From a previous job I have taken several leadership courses and been in a supervisory position.
I also have a working knowledge of REO's or foreclosed properties. Many of these properties are listed by agents but are held by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac or HUD. Each of these government agencies have their own web sites and forms that are different from each other and from the standard Missouri Real Estate forms.
I enjoying working Real Estate in general. I am a full service agent and can meet the needs of any buyer or seller. I have gravitated towards the first time home buyer. For the first time home buyer there is so much going on that they sometimes feel over whelmed and that is where I feel I really make a difference. Being dedicated to my buyers and assisting with every step it makes the process go easier for them. I feel that if I can make a difference for a first time home buyer they will want the same experience when it comes time for them to sell their present home and purchase another.
I also work with investors looking for property to rent or to repair and resell. Many times these properties are REO's. My understanding of investors and experience in the field of foreclosed properties makes it easier for the investor to purchase a property.
