Get to know Kevin Langan
Kevin began his real estate career at the end of 2008 just as the market in Arizona was spiraling downward. He got involved in real estate investment with a community of like minded people that assisted him through the process of starting a business. In March of 2009 he partnered with Tully-Holland International, a local small to mid size real estate investment company. Kevin began servicing all of their needs at the Trustee sale foreclosure auctions in Maricopa County Arizona. Over 2009 and through late 2010 Kevin developed a bidding service for investors purchasing investment real estate, raised private capital to do a few transactions himself, and learned a whole lot about real estate investment in the metro Phoenix area. In mid 2010 Kevin was blessed with an opportunity to work with a large private equity commercial and residential real estate investment group Chase Merritt. Kevin was responsible for the trustee sale bidding for their group, and in the 3rd quarter of 2010 they successfully purchased 75 properties. By late 2010 Kevin partnered with Bud Gragg and Associates Real Estate to put together a comprehensive solution for real estate needs for investors and homeowners alike. Kevin is now the lead buyer representative for Bud Gragg and Associates Real Estate and the director of acquisitions for Turn Key Investment Solutions. Kevin has also taken the negotiation skills used to acquire deeply discounted properties for cash investors, and tailored them to the normal everyday buyer. By applying these acquisitions ideas he has been able to negotiate some great deals for his clients, and he looks forward to helping others with their personal home purchases as well as real estate investment goals. Kevin is excited about the opportunities that this market brings for investors & homeowners.
