Kevin Lanham has the privilege to call Pacor his only home in terms of his professional career.  Originally he joined the team as a marketing assistant in 2004 but then realized he had a knack for number crunching, forming client relationships, and guiding would be first time home purchasers through the complicated home buying process.

As guidelines have changed over the past few years, Kevin has made it a priority to stay on top of these changes and make the lending process as smooth as possible. When asked to describe the current landing landscape, Kevin uses an interesting analogy. “Think of it as taking a flight.  You board the aircraft and ask the pilot ‘Are we going to hit any turbulence and are we going to arrive on time?’  His response will most likely be ‘Well ma’am I’m not sure. I don’t have any control over that. My job as your pilot is to get your there safely. I hope we don’t hit any turbulence and I hope we get there on time, but my primary goal is to get you there safely. I will try to avoid the turbulence and get you there on time but they are both beyond my control.’ My job as loan officer is to handle the myriad of issues that can come up, and let me tell you there are many in today’s mortgage industry, but my primary job is to get it done for you. I hope it is a smooth and easy flight, but so many things are beyond my control.”

When Kevin is not advising clients on their mortgages, he enjoys watching all Chicago sports teams and managing his fantasy teams.  He resides in the south suburbs with his wife Heather and two dogs, aptly named Benny and TJ (The Jets). Oh, and the cat (Nemo) that everybody forgets about.
