I started in the real estate industry as an investor at the age of 23 while working as a union operating engineer. I quickly built my personal investment portfolio and soon friends and family were asking me to help them buy their home. This lead to me obtaining my RE license which I initially used to help many First Time Home Buyers purchase homes with Little or No Money Down. I have extensive experience working with investors helping them create wealth using other peoples money, as I do.

I am a member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors and have completed the extra education and experience requirements needed to become certified as an interenet marketing specialist (E-Pro), Certified Sellers Representative (CSR), and ASR - Accredited Sellers Representative and an Ecosociate - Green Building Practices.
